The rare Super Blue Blood Moon happened a few days back and this photographer captured these pictures of it that looks absolutely incredible. Almost the whole world saw a glimpse of the moon as a giant crimson globe, thanks to a rare lunar trifecta that combines a total eclipse with the super moon and the blue moon. The spectacle, which Nasa has coined a super blue blood moon, graced the pre-dawn skies as the moon crosses into the shadow of the Earth and turns blood red.
So this photographer wanted to take the pictures of this amazing moment that happens once in centuries. He said “A father and daughter share a special moment that to me represents the passing of his appreciation for the environment and our responsibility to protect it. Huge thanks to Tom and Ava Cain, Opt Corp, Jesse Bowen, and most of all to David Hatfield for putting in 50+ hours of work with me to calculate this setup and bring this vision to a reality!”
