A few days ago he causes yet another global controversy by allegedly addressing to countries such as El Salvador and Haiti, as well as unspecified African nations, as ‘shithole countries.’ Donald Trump made this comment while he was in a meeting with the lawmakers at the White House. The comments were dismissive of potential immigrants from these ‘shitholes countries’, and have been widely condemned as divisive and racist by the global media.
