Having a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes means a lot to the filmmakers. It is one of the most craved ratings for a movie maker, and only a few have been successful in achieving an exceptionally good rating. The others stand in the crowd of either being an average rated film or a blunder. All this is decided by five critics that sit together to finalize the rating for a film. It is rare to impress all the five members and the reason why movies having 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes are very less. Some of them, however, have gotten close but they miss out in achieving the milestone.
Rotten Tomatoes website helps the movie geeks to judge a movie by what is called a Tomatometer, which shows the rotten score. This rotten rating shouldn’t interfere with the user’s personal perspective though. If I like a movie, I wouldn’t care about the rotten score.
