You never know when you may find your true love right? Well, sometimes we meet the love of our lives even before we know what love really means. But I guess, this is only what love is all about right, not knowing what you are feeling, but every inch of your soul wants to stay together. These five-year-olds are probably the best example of true love. One, who wants to marry her best friend before her fourth open heart surgery, and the other who would do anything to see her smile.

Sophia is just as other any other five-year-old. She is kind, bubbly and full of life. But this girl is going through a really horrible phase of her life.
Sophia Chiappalone from Connecticut, USA was born with a genetic heart defect and wasn’t expected to live past 2 years old. But Sophia defied all odds.
She has had been in and out of the hospitals since she was a baby. And so far she has had three open-heart surgeries, but before that she wanted something. She wanted to marry her best friend and the love of her lives. Her best friend Hunter has been with her since they were babies, and they have developed a very special bond with each other.
So, before Sophia went in for another fight, Kristy, Sophia’s mother wanted to give her daughter a special surprise. Kristy asked Hunter’s family for their permission and went it to arrange a staged wedding shoot for them. She was in tears after she saw her beautiful daughter in her wedding gown and the photoshoot was beyond expectations. The kids dressed up for the occasion and had so much fun posing for pictures and simply playing around.

This is definitely a dream come true wedding for the little girl.
Sophia’s mom said that marrying Hunter was all she ever wanted and now her dream is finally coming true.

The docs say that she needs a reason to fight to stay alive because right now, she has none.
