3.Mao Tse-tung
Mao Tse-tung, or more famously known as Mao Zedong was the Chinese Chairman of the Communist Party. He was in power till the World War II ended, and China did do much progress in the leadership. How is he the villain? Well, for starters, Zedong had an extremely skewed view of how things should get done in his country. Not only did he did not care about collateral damage, to the addition, he was busy filling money in the safe, while the people of China were dying of starvation. But there is one thing that you can’t deny, he was very rich! His net worth is $1 billion.
4. Bashar Al-Assad
Thanks to daddy, Hafez al-Assad, son Bashar Al-Assad didn’t have much of a problem coming to power. The al-Assad family has been in power in Syria for more than 40 years. In the history of presidency, Bashan may not have a good reputation. But as a villain waking up to high life is one thing Bashar does know very well. His net worth is around $1.5 billion!
5. Saddam Hussein
How long can you keep your true nature hidden? not very long, this villain is sure as hell familiar with that. There was a time when Saddam Hussein was considered to be a decent man who was helping Iraq develop into a prosperous nation. He definitely believed in, “I but because I can!” and so he went on increasing his lavish expenses. He had built palaces which he called “home” and creatively worked the numbers to have other countries believe that the Iraqi citizens were fine and didn’t need any international support. Stealing from the poor he built himself a net worth of $2 billion.
