12 Dangerous Convicts Who Might Get Released In 2018.


Murder is a heinous crime. The mere act of taking someone’s life for no good reason is completely wrong. Luckily, modern society convicts and tries to rehabilitate these people in prisons. With that being said, here are twelve such dangerous convicts who might have a chance of being released in 2018.
1. Mohammed Liaqat.
Dangerous Convicts released
Liaqat (pictured right) was arrested in 2011 on the counts of rape and sexual assault. He led a gang of sexual predators in Derby, UK who drugged young women between the ages of 12 and 18 and raped them. This dangerous criminal still has 3 more years to serve but due to overcrowding in prisons, he might be released.
2. John Worboys. 

Dangerous Convicts released

Worboys is a convicted rapist who raped several London women by offering them cheap lifts in his cab. He would offer them champagne spiked with tranquizer and tell them that he just won the lottery. He is also expected to be released on parole this year.
3. Genene Jones.

Also known as The Angel Of Death, Genene was a nurse who committed 60 murders in Texas during the 80s. She misused her position as a nurse to murder innocent children. It was hinted that this dangerous convict might get released in 2018 but the chances of her getting parole are slim.
4. Nathaniel Cook.

Nathaniel (pictured left) and his brother Anthony Cook were two serial killers who went on a murdering spree between 1971 and 1981. The incredibly dangerous convicts murdered their victims brutally with baseball bats, concrete blocks and firearms. Anthony has been denied parole and is serving a life sentence but Nathaniel is eligible for release in 2018.
5. Paul Bernardo.

Nicknamed The Scarborough Rapist, Paul along with his wife Karla Homolka prowled the streets of Scarborough, Toronto during the 90’s drugging and raping several women and killing them. One of them even included Karla’s own sister who was 16 at that time. There is a slight chance that this dangerous convict might be released this year.
6. Ben Carr.

Also, know as The Hulk, Ben (pictured right) is said to be one of the world’s most dangerous convicts of all time. He was arrested for hiring a hitman to kill a woman. Since then he has been able to lead a successful life in prison with the aid of smuggling. He is said to be quite rich due to his involvement in drug trafficking.
7. Leslie Van Houten.

Perhaps one of the worst and dangerous convicts ever, Leslie was part of the infamous psychopath Charles Manson’s Manson Family. She was convicted during the 70s for the infamous murders the group carried out. Leslie has said in her defence that she was being manipulated by Manson and was high on LSD during that time, which rendered her completely unaware of her actions.
8. Mark David Chapman.

The Guy who killed John Lennon just for attention. Mark, who now regrets his actions might get a chance at being released from prison sometime this year.
9. Vanessa George.

Vanessa was dubbed the Plymouth Pedophile. She used to sexually assault infants in the nursery she worked at. She even recorded her heinous acts on her phone which helped solidify the case against her. This horrifying convict might get released this year.
10. David Berkowitz.

David was one of the worst serial killers in New York’s history. He was on a murder spree during the 70’s which he claimed were being ordered by a demon-possessed dog. He also stands a chance of parole in 2018.
11. Ellen Snyder.

Ellen was arrested for the murder of her husband who she had shot and buried in her backyard. For eight years, she continued to maintain that her husband had abandoned her and continued to file his taxes and collect the refund cheques.
12. Rae Carruth. 

Dangerous Convicts released

Rae (pictured left) was an NFL player with a bright future. However, he made a terrible decision of murdering his 8-month pregnant girlfriend because he did not want to pay her child support. His girlfriend didn’t survive the attack but her son (pictured right) survived. Due to the attack, he sustained brain damage and grew up with cerebral palsy. Rae is set to be released sometime this year as he has served 90 percent of his sentence.
